Can I manage my client account online?
Yes, you can log in to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments, complete your intake and complete/sign paperwork, receive email/text message appointment reminders, and send/receive secure email messages. We do not maintain paper copies of any files or documents.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments can be made using cash, check, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), and PayPal.

Do you accept health insurance?
We do not work directly with insurance providers, accept insurance, or file claims for insurance reimbursement (this includes Medicare/Medicaid). However, we are happy to provide you with a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company/healthcare plan (e.g., out of network, flexible/health spending account, etc.) for possible reimbursement.

Can I work with you on a self-pay basis even if I am enrolled in Medicaid?
We are not a Medicaid provider. If you have Medicaid coverage that includes mental health services, unfortunately, we are not able to offer mental health services to you even on a self-pay basis. (Medicaid is a is United States Government health care program for families and individuals with low income and limited resources.)
